Ed Price is task leader for Industry accessibility solutions to improve access to wireless products and services. He has led numerous research projects, including three phases of the DARPA-funded ASSIST Program (Advanced Soldier Sensor Information and Technology), and has been a project director in the Wireless RERC for over a decade, focusing on user interfaces for mobile devices for persons with sensory disabilities. Ed holds a number of patents, including six in phonetic word spotting and others in telemedicine.
